Adults: 2 tablets in the morning and 1 tablet in the evening for 1 month, then 2 tablets a day in a single dose. Take with meals.

Dried extract of African plum bark (Pygeum africanum) titrated to 2.5% sterols 360mg
Dried extract of pericarp and seeds of Pomegranate (Punica granatum) titrated to 40% ellagic acid 300mg
