The VCYST formula contains cranberry extract (Vaccinium Macrocarpon) at 36 mg proanthocyanidins per 2 capsules, combined with plant extracts of ginger, alfalfa, horsetail, oats and bugran, chromium and 3 strains of lactic ferments: Lactobacillus Rhamnosus, paracasei and acidophillus at 5 billion.
