Take 2 tablets a day with meals, to be swallowed with a large glass of water.

Glucosamine sulfate, Chondroitin sulfate, MSM (methylsulfonylmethane), Bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; Dried extract of Curcuma (Curcuma longa), Anticaking agents: tricalcium phosphate, magnesium stearate of plant origin; Dried extract of Devil's Claw (Harpagophytum procumbens), Coating agents: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, dicalcium phosphate, stearic acid of plant origin; Hyaluronic acid.
