Specific References

Regular intake: Take ½ to 1 tablet a day.
High intensity: Take 1 to 2 tablets a day.
Very strong intensity: Take 2 to 4 tablets per day.
Children over 6: Take ½ to 2 tablets per day.
Grind and dissolve in a drink if necessary.
