The Quies anti-snoring mouthpiece is easy to use for people prone to snoring.

The Quies anti-snoring mouthpiece moves the lower jaw forward a few millimeters, clearing the pharynx and freeing the passage of inspired air. This helps reduce snoring and promote restful sleep. Four flexible bands of different sizes are available, so you can adjust the mouthpiece to suit your individual needs.

If you have any doubts about the health of your teeth or jaw, consult your doctor or dentist for advice before use. If you experience daytime fatigue, you may be suffering from sleep apnea. Please consult your doctor for a complete check-up.

Monitor your teeth and jaw daily, and stop using the device immediately in the following cases:

- If the lower jaw does not return easily to its normal position after removal of the Quies anti-snoring mouthpiece,

- If you notice tooth movement or displacement,

- signs of allergy, irritation, numbness, tingling or redness.

-In the event of a serious incident occurring in connection with this device, contact quies@quies.com and inform the relevant authority.

Contraindications :

The mouthpiece is contraindicated in cases of :

-Wearing removable dentures.

-Pain in the mandibular joint.

-Loose or unstable teeth, upper or lower jaw with fewer than 10 teeth.

If in doubt about the health of your teeth or jaw, consult your doctor or dentist for advice before use.

Before going to bed, fold the mouthpiece and place it in the mouth with the adjustment band over the upper teeth. If necessary, cut off the lower guide if it injures the gums.

4 flexible adjustment strips numbered 0, 2, 4 and 6 are supplied. This number represents the advancement, in millimeters, of the lower jaw compared to the normal position without the appliance. Depending on dental morphology, the actual advancement value may vary. Band n°0 is the weakest and band n°6 is the strongest. Try band n°2 first.

If necessary, change the band according to the following criteria:

-If the jaw pull is too strong, uncomfortable or the mouthpiece won't hold in the mouth, use a weaker band (e.g. 2 instead of 4). Depending on dental morphology, the appliance may not hold in the mouth even when the band is changed, in which case it is unusable.

-If snoring does not diminish sufficiently, use a higher-value band (e.g. 4 instead of 2).

One case contains :

A mouthpiece

A set of 4 soft bands numbered 0, 2, 4 and 6
