Contrary to popular belief, cold weather in itself doesn't cause colds or flu, so it's just as likely to fall ill in the middle of a heatwave as in the first cold days of winter. Variations in temperature (air conditioning, heating, etc.) encourage the circulation of viruses.

The 1st cold days, temperature changes, heavy vocal demands (singers, teachers, entertainers, sports coaches...) put a strain on the throat and vocal cords.

Children aged 7 and over: 3 tablets a day for up to 7 days / Adults aged 12 and over: 6 tablets a day for up to 7 days.

Ingredients and quantities for 6 lozenges: Bulking agent: isomalt, dried extract of erysimum aerial part (Sisymbrium officinale) 100 mg, essential oil of lemon peel (Citrus limon) 72 mg, natural flavour, honey 9.6 mg.

Not recommended for pregnant or breast-feeding women, children under 7 and people allergic to hive products or pollens. Do not exceed recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children. Not a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. For people undergoing medical treatment, consult a health professional. Excessive consumption may have laxative effects.
