Antioxidant and rich in vitamin E, wheat germ oil fortifies the immune system and protects tissues from aging . An oil rich in vitamin E to combat ageing. A little thick, this oil smells of bread and cereals. It is a little difficult to store, and should be consumed as soon as possible after opening.
Dry, mature skinwill appreciate this oilin cosmetics. It can be used on its own or blended with a more penetrating oil such as jojoba, hazelnut or black cumin. It's also ideal in small quantities for breakfast, in yoghurt or vitamin-enriched cereals!

Wheat germ oil contains :

One-sixth monounsaturated fatty acids (omega 9).
Two-thirds polyunsaturated fatty acids (omega 6).
A small amount of saturated fatty acids.
Plenty of antioxidant vitamin E.
Vitamin K and carotenoids.

Specific References

Oral use: 10 g (1 tablespoon) per day.
Cosmetic use: Suitable for dry, rough or dull skin.
Use with a light massage morning and evening.
For prolonged care of stretch marks.

To nourish fine, fragile and delicate hair: 3 drops of each of the following essential oils: Chamomile, Annual Tansy, Lemongrass and 15 ml wheatgerm vegetable oil. Take 6 drops of this synergy and add to your shampoo dose.
