Dilute the contents of one sachet in a large glass of water (250ml).
Mix thoroughly and drink immediately.
To promote regular transit, take one (1) sachet a day, ideally with breakfast.
For occasional constipation, the dosage can be increased to two (2) sachets a day.
Medical advice is recommended in case of pregnancy or breast-feeding.
