It is a foodstuff for special medical purposes, designed to prevent milk regurgitation after bottle-feeding. This phenomenon occurs when stomach contents back up through the esophagus towards the outside of the mouth, and is most common in young children whose digestive systems are still too immature to prevent reflux. Although not particularly serious, regurgitation is nevertheless very uncomfortable for the baby.

Carob, an ingredient in AR Picot Expert milk, thickens the consistency of the milk in the bottle to reduce the rate at which the baby swallows. In this way, the stomach has more time to activate its food processing mechanisms.
Carob, the seed of the carob tree, native to Syria and used since ancient times, has numerous virtues that facilitate digestion and regulate gastric reflux. As for the rest of its composition, Picot Expert AR 2nd age milk contains fats essential to the body's metabolism, as well as the carbohydrates, dietary fiber, minerals and vitamins found in breast milk. It is also enriched with DHA, a fatty acid essential for healthy brain development and vision.

Specific References

Always wash your hands thoroughly before preparing the bottle,
Use water suitable for infants or previously boiled water, then pour into the bottle the recommended amount of water, warmed to a maximum of 40°C (see feeding table below),
Add the corresponding number of loosely packed scoops,
Use only the measuring spoon contained in the can,
Do not add sugar;
Close the bottle and shake circularly and vertically until the powder is completely dissolved,
Check the temperature of the milk, which should be lukewarm (37°C), by pouring a few drops onto the inside of your wrist,
After use, carefully clean the bottle and accessories,
Sterilize them in boiling water for 10 minutes, or cold-sterilize them in a suitable sterilizing solution,
Drain and close the bottle tightly before use.

One level measuring spoon (4.5 g) in 30 ml of water. The volume and number of bottles are given as a guide. The medical profession can adapt these quantities to your child's specific needs.

Prepare the bottle immediately before feeding.
For your baby's health, follow the preparation and storage instructions carefully.
Use only the measuring spoon contained in the Picot Expert AR 1st age can.
Dispose of the rest of the bottle without hesitation.
After each use, clip the measuring spoon onto the lid of the can and close it again.
Keep the can closed in a cool, dry place and use the powder within one month of opening.
Regularly monitor your child's weight gain.
