Picot 2 is a follow-on milk for babies aged 6 to 12 months. It contains iron, calcium, vitamins and omega-3.
Children under 12 months of age should not be fed with "classic" animal or plant milks intended for children, teenagers or adults. They are not suitable for their diet. Picot 2 milk covers a child's needs from 6 to 12 months. This 2nd age formula is sometimes called "follow-on milk". During this period, the child, who has already diversified his diet, can eat fruit, vegetables or mixed fruit, but must still drink at least half a liter of milk a day.

Picot follow-up milk is ideal for feeding babies. It contains encapsulated iron, which masks the metallic taste and makes it easier for the child to accept. Iron is important for the proper development of a child's brain. DHA and ARA, omega fatty acids, are also fundamental to this development. They come from fish oil or Mortierella alpina oil, a fungus. Finally, Picot 2 infant milk also contains lactic ferments, beneficial for baby's intestinal flora.

Specific References

1. Always wash your hands thoroughly before preparing a bottle.
2. Use water suitable for infants or previously boiled water. Pour the recommended amount of water, warmed to a maximum of 40°C, into the bottle.
3. Add the corresponding number of loosely packed scoops. Use only the measuring spoon contained in the can. Do not add sugar.
4. Close the bottle and shake circularly and vertically until the powder is completely dissolved.
5. Check the temperature of the milk, which should be lukewarm (37°C), by pouring a few drops onto the inside of your wrist.
6. After use, carefully clean the bottle and accessories. Sterilize them in boiling water for 10 minutes, or cold sterilize them in a suitable sterilizing solution. Drain and close the bottle tightly until use.
