- Adults: 2 drops, 3 times a day on a PHYTOSUN arôms neutral tablet.
- Children over 7: 1 drop, 3 times a day on a PHYTOSUN arôms neutral tablet.

- Never take undiluted by mouth. Never take more than 2 drops per dose, nor more than 8 drops per day of Essential Oil(s).
- Do not use for prolonged periods (14 days maximum).
- Store in a well-stoppered bottle away from light and heat.
