Take one capsule morning, noon and evening before meals for 10 days. Repeat if necessary.

Organic Virgin Sesame Seed Oil, Fish gelatin, Essential oils: Ravinstira (Cinamomum Camphora, Leaves), Tea Tree (Melaleuca Alternifolia, Leaves), Niaouli (Melaleuca Quinquenervia, Leaves), Savory Thyme (Thymus Satureioides, Aerial Flowering Parts), Humectant: Glycerol, Water.

Do not exceed recommended daily dose.
Keep out of reach of young children.
Not to be used by pregnant or breast-feeding women, or by children under 12.
Avoid in case of known allergy to any of the ingredients.
