For adults only.

1 tablet + 1 omega-3 softgel per day, preferably in the evening, to be swallowed with a glass of water.

During pregnancy and breast-feeding:
- Don't consume alcohol, tobacco or other harmful substances: remember that they pass into the milk.
- Eat a varied, balanced diet, preferring foods that speed up transit.
- Don't start a weight-loss diet.
- Drink plenty of water (more than 1.5 litres a day), especially on an empty stomach, and fruit juices to help hydrate the alimentary bolus.
- Get as much rest as possible
- Avoid excessive consumption of stimulants (tea or coffee).
