Ultrabiotique Equilibre 30 jours is a complex of 4 strains: Lactobacillus helveticus UBi 114, Lactobacillus rhamnosus UBi 125, Lactobacillus plantarum UBi 176, Bifidobacterium breve UBi 263. It provides 10 billion lactic ferments per 1 capsule, the recommended dose.

These strains have been selected for their resistance to gastric acidity and bile salts, and for their strong adhesion to intestinal cells. As a result, they remain intact in the intestine.
