Take 1 tablet a day at breakfast or bedtime, with a full glass of water. For at least 1 month. Repeat as often as necessary.

For 1 tablet: Magnesium (Magnesium Oxide and Carbonate) 300 mg, Pregelatinized Corn Starch, Thickener : Sodium alginate, Anticaking agents : Talc (E553b), Magnesium stearate, Bulking agent: Cross-linked sodium carboxymethyl cellulose (E468), Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine hydrochloride) 1.4 mg, Food coloring: E132, Hydrated aluminum oxide, Vitamin B9 (Pteroylminiglutamic acid) 200 mcg.
