Take 2 capsules in the morning and 2 capsules in the evening with a large glass of water.

Bulking agent: magnesium carbonate, dried senna leaf extract (senna alexandrina) 225 mg, dried papaya extract (carica papaya) 100 mg, dried rose hip extract (rosa canina) 40 mg titrated in vitamin C 40 mg, Anti-caking agent: magnesium stearate, essential oils of: fennel (seed) 24 mg, peppermint (leaf) 8 mg, clove (flower bud) 6 mg and cinnamon (leaf) 2 mg.
