As needed: take 2 capsules a day for 7 days.
For maintenance: take 1 capsule a day for 14 days.
Swallow with a full glass of water before meals.

Bulking agent: corn starch, vegetable capsule (coating agents: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, gellan gum). Ferments (Bifidobacterium animalis ssp lactis, Lactobacillus rhamnosus, Lactobacillus plantarum). Anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids. Nicotinamide (vitamin B3).
