As soon as daylight fades, the pineal gland in the brain begins to secrete melatonin, peaking between 2 and 4 a.m. This natural hormone prepares the body for rest and sleep. It is synthesized from tryptophan, an essential amino acid supplied by the diet, which is converted into serotonin, which in turn is converted into melatonin.

The formula also contains B vitamins and marine magnesium.

*The beneficial effect is obtained by consuming 1 mg of melatonin.
** The beneficial effect is obtained by consuming at least 0.5 mg just before bedtime on the first day of travel and for a few days after arrival at your destination.

Marine magnesium (magnesium oxide), carrier: acacia gum; magnesium hydroxide, cherry juice powder(Prunus cerasus L.) standardized for melatonin, extracts of passionflower(Passiflora incarnata L.) and Eschscholtzia(Eschscholzia californica Cham.) extracts, anti-caking agent: dicalcium phosphate; vitamins B5 (calcium dpantothenate), B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), B9 (pteroylmonoglutamic acid) and B12 (cyanocobalamin).
