When is it recommended?

ERGYOSTÉO may be recommended to maintain bone structure, whencalcium and vitamin D are needed.

Specific References

2 capsules a day, preferably with breakfast.

Calcium and magnesium carbonates, lithothamnion (Phymatolithon calcareum Pall.), calcium hydroxyapatite from fish, potassium and calcium citrates, calcium L-ascorbate, zinc gluconate, anti-caking agent: vegetable magnesium stearate; vitamin E, naturally-occurring vitamin D3. . Capsule: fish fish gelatin.
