It became very popular in Europe in the 20th century, with a reputation for improving the body's resistance to winter ailments of the upper respiratory tra ct (colds, bronchitis, flu).

10 to 20 ml per day, diluted in 1 glass of water (150 ml), preferably between meals.
If necessary, repeat 1-2 times a day
