The A.L.C. Neuroplex complex combines acetyl L-carnitine with rhodiola to help reduce stress-related fatigue, eleutherococcus to boost mood and bacopa to improve the body's resistance to stress.

Finally, hawthorn and valerian extracts have been combined for their relaxing effect, with valerian also helping to restore mental well-being
