What is rhodiola?

Rhodiola is a perennial plant, meaning it lives for more than 2 years. It is also known as "pink orpin" for the subtle rose scent of its freshly cut roots. It grows at altitudes of up to 4,000 m and generally flowers in spring or summer. It has been used in various preparations in China for thousands of years.

We have selected certified organic Rhodiola grown in the Guangzhou region of China.
