Difficulty falling asleep and waking up at night can have several origins, including stress, hormonal changes, dietary imbalance or an out-of-sync lifestyle.
NHCO Nutrition® Laboratories have developed L-NOXÉAM™, a dietary supplement combining melatonin with three unique amino acid and plant complexes.
Melatonin helps reduce the time it takes to fall asleep* and attenuate the effects of jet lag**.
Physio-MGO Complex is made up of amino acids, in particular Glycine, which is combined with Magnesium to contribute to the normal functioning of the nervous system and reduce fatigue.
RSBS Complex contains L-Tryptophan, an essential amino acid precursor of serotonin, as well as a scientifically studied extract of citrus sinensis and B vitamins.
The GABA-Nat Complex is made up of reference plants, notably lemon balm extract, which promotes relaxation, facilitates falling asleep and helps maintain physiological sleep.
* The beneficial effect is obtained by consuming 1 mg of melatonin (3 capsules) before bedtime.
** The beneficial effect is obtained by consuming at least 0.5 mg (2 capsules) just before bedtime on the 1st day of travel and for a few days after arrival at your destination.
