Compared to Eastern diets, Western diets provide very little vitamin K2. Today, we know that this vitamin plays a role alongside vitamin D in the binding of calcium to bone. Natto is an Asian food from which vitamin K2 can be extracted.

PROPERTIES

NAT'OS is a mineral and vitamin complex that helps maintain normal bone structure. One NAT'OS tablet alone provides 75 µg vitamin K2, 5 µg vitamin D (100% of RDA), 381 mg calcium carbonate, 60 mg vitamin C and 50 µg selenium.
