When the time of day changes, or you travel abroad, it's not always easy to fall asleep... melatonin helps to reduce the time it takes to fall asleep and alleviate the effects of jet lag.

Each gum contains 1 mg of melatonin.

Easy to slip into a pocket, this box of 40 gums can be taken anywhere when traveling. Taken a few minutes before bedtime, this gum is sugar-free. Its natural aromas of orange blossom and rosemary are very pleasant to the palate and ideal for preparing for sleep.
