Laboratoires Genevrier Ialusetcare Protect 5 Pansements 4 x 4 cm are protective adhesive dressings recommended for protecting everyday wounds and injuries, such as cuts or scrapes, and post-surgical wounds.
Ialusetcare Protect consists of 3 layers:
- an absorbent pad with an impregnated polyester grid (silicone, carboxymethylcellulose, hyaluronic acid),
- an adhesive polyester non-woven backing,
- a polyurethane adhesive film.
The dressing acts as a mechanical barrier, absorbing exudates and promoting wound healing. It is gentle on the wound, with atraumatic removal. The conformable backing can be adapted to the anatomical contours of the wound. Its semi-permeable coating forms a protective barrier and prevents any contact between the wound and water, thus preventing maceration and ensuring optimal healing conditions
