Minimum 4 capsules/day, up to 7 capsules for optimal effect

Not recommended in cases of esophageal obstruction or gastrointestinal disease. Not recommended in the event of swallowing problems, bed rest or in the absence of an adequate quantity of liquid when ingesting this product, as there is a risk of suffocation. Blond psyllium (Plantago ovata Forssk., seed coat 2625mg) - Hydroxypropylmethycelullose capsule - Marshmallow (Althaea officinalis L., root, 175mg) - Chicory (Cichorium intybus L., root, 175mg) - Brewer's yeast (Saccharomyces Cerevisiae, gluten, 70mg) - Rosemary extract (Rosmarinus officinalis L., leaf, 175mg) - Rice starch - Anticaking agent : Calcium carbonate - Tyndalized lactic ferments : Bifidobacterium bifidum (2.1mg) - Lactobacillus in dry plant form.

May contain traces of mustard and sesame seed.
