Dietary supplements should be used as part of a healthy lifestyle and not as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of young children. Take 2 chewable tablets a day. 28-day program to be repeated at least 3 times. Recommended after pregnancy and at each change of season. Store at a stable, moderate temperature, away from moisture.
