Forcapil Hair and Nail capsules stimulate hair and nail vitality. They have an anti-hair loss and volumizing action on hair, and fortifying action on hair and nails.
Their formula combines a cellulo-stimulating Vitamin B Complex with Vitamin D (fortifies nails), Cystine (promotes hair and nail development), Methionine (anti-oxidant, contributes to healthy skin, hair and nails), Biotin (prevents hair loss, improves nail quality) and Zinc (improves the beauty of skin, hair and nails).

Hair is mainly made up of keratin, the protein that gives it elasticity, strength and shine. It is synthesized from the sulfur-containing amino acids cystine and methionine, under the action of zinc and B vitamins. Keratin is also a major constituent of the nail.
