This dietary supplement should not be used as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of young children. Pregnant and breast-feeding women are advised to consult a health professional before taking any supplements.

Capsules to be taken with a glass of water in the morning after breakfast:

1 month before spring: 1 capsule/day for 36 days.

Maintenance phase or children over 5: 1 capsule/day (mix into yoghurt for children).

Attack phase: 2 to 3 capsules/day for 12 to 18 days.
