How to prepare your Mega Whey shaker?

- Take an empty shaker bottle
- Pour in 250 ml of water or milk (depending on your preference)
- Add 3.5 scoops (60g) of Mega Whey in the flavour of your choice
- Place the mixing ball in the shaker or the rack on the shaker
