Nutra'Cake prune : Prune cream * 30% (prune, water), sugar, gluten (wheat), wheat flour from France, margarine (non-hydrogenated vegetable fats (palm, rapeseed, sunflower), water, salt, emulsifier (mono and diglycerides of fatty acids), acidifier (citric acid), colorant (beta-carotene), flavorings), eggs, lupin flour, dextrose, glycerol, raising agent (disodium disphosphate, sodium hydrogen carbonate), salt, flavorings (contains alcohol).

Possible traces of soya, milk, nuts

- 3 cookies a day, as a dessert or snack

- Tip: to make chewing easier, you can dip the cookie in a hot drink (coffee, herbal tea, etc.) to soften it

- Vary and alternate flavors to avoid fatigue: try them all to find your favorites! And if you feel full too quickly, you can eat your cream in several portions.
