Directions for use :

Take two tablets a day with a large glass of water.

Take two tablets a day with a full glass of water.

Bulking agent: Microcrystalline cellulose, Potassium chloride, Magnesium oxide, Anticaking agent: Magnesium salts of fatty acids, Copper gluconate.

For two tablets: Copper 1.6 mg, Mangesium 300 mg, Potassium 300 mg.

Suitable for pregnant women (ask your pharmacist for advice), the elderly and athletes.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of young children.
Not a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Suitable for pregnant or breastfeeding women. Ask your pharmacist for advice. Do not consume in case of renal insufficiency or known sensitivity to any of the constituents.
May cause laxative effects. Store away from heat and humidity.
