Extended 6-hour vitamin release: how does it work?

Some vitamins, such as D, B8 or B9, are naturally stored in the liver, fatty tissue or muscles, and released throughout the day. Vitamin C and other B vitamins, on the other hand, are water-soluble: excess amounts ingested are eliminated in the urine, and no reserves are possible. Take 1 tablet a day with a glass of cold water, during or after a meal. Store with the lid closed, in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
