Collagen is the most abundant protein in our body, and is one of the essential building blocks of the skin, ensuring its density. Pour 100 ml of water onto 2 level measuring spoons (i.e. 13 g) and stir until completely dissolved. Use a shaker for better dissolution. Use once a day.
