Face : apply to face and leave on for 10 minutes. Rinse with lukewarm water.
Hair: spread over hair, leave on for 10-15 minutes, rinse and apply your usual shampoo.
Bath: dilute a 200 g sachet of white clay in your bath. Relax for 20 minutes and rinse.
