Grintuss is a product based on honey and molecular complexes which has a protective and consequently lenitive action on the upper airways.

It acts on dry coughs by combating mucous membrane irritation, and on wet coughs by promoting hydration and mucus elimination.

Grintuss is a gluten-free product with organic ingredients and a pleasant taste.

INDICATIONS

Grintuss Adult Syrup is indicated for the treatment of dry and hacking coughs in adults and children aged 12 and over.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

Grintuss protects the mucous membrane by soothing irritation, moisturizing and promoting mucus elimination through the following mechanisms of action:

Barrier effect: it forms a protective film that adheres to the mucosa, protecting it from contact with irritating agents

Muco-regulating action: stimulates mucus hydration and promotes its elimination

Lubricating action: reduces friction in the pharynx, one of the causes of coughing.

Grintuss modulates coughing without suppressing it, thus respecting its important role in defending the upper airways.
