Tegaderm Film is an extra-thin, transparent, sterile polyurethane dressing in individual packaging. Its adhesive surface is made of hypo-allergenic acrylic with long-lasting adhesion. This semi-permeable dressing allows the skin to breathe.

Its exclusive application system makes nursing staff's work considerably easier.

Tegaderm Film is available in a range of sizes, including a special model for I.V. catheters. For the many advantages and indications of this dressing, please refer to our brochure. Tegaderm I.V., reinforced with Medipore, combines the Tegaderm Film transparent dressing with the Medipore non-woven plaster in a single "system". The transparent film covers and protects the entire surface, enabling the puncture site to be monitored. The Medipore part and the two retaining strips help to secure the catheter. Reference 1633 has been specially designed to hold peripheral catheters with lateral or winged injection sites, while reference 1610 is smaller and has been developed for paediatric patients.
