Like pure forest air, the invigorating scent of essential fir oils brings a feeling of peace, well-being, strength and fulfillment. After a tiring day, moments of physical or nervous tension, this relaxing bath helps you regain your balance and recharge your batteries naturally. Weleda revitalizing bath care with fir extract is an adjuvant lotion that is poured into bath water for a relaxing, revitalizing break. It is mainly composed of a complex ofwhite fir and Siberian fir essential oils, whose woody aromas have purifying and oxygenating properties. Particularly indicated for combating inflammation, fir oil clears the respiratory tract of the particles of pollution and dust that our lungs accumulate all day long. As a result, it provides a more effective defence against colds, bronchitis and coughs that try to develop in our bodies, especially during the winter months.
What's more, the analgesic properties of this treatment based on Weleda fir essential oils, combined with the warmth of the bath, help relax muscles and release tension caused by the daily stress and frenetic pace of modern life. They relieve the various contractures and aches and pains that fatigue encourages.

Resourcing and balance

- 3 to 4 caps once the bath is full
- Moderate heat: approx. 35 to 37°C
- Duration: 15 to 20 minutes
