This Weleda lactation herbal tea contains :

Fennel and caraway, which help the mammary glands to function properly during breastfeeding, contribute to lactation and have carminative properties, helping to eliminate intestinal gas and promote digestion, to relieve infant colic.
Lemon balm , recognized for its relaxing properties, is also used to aid digestion.
Natural organic red fruit flavours (blueberry, raspberry and cherry) give this herbal tea a sweet, fruity taste.

Specific References

Put 1 sachet of Weleda Nursing Herbal Tea in a cup of boiling water (200 ml) and leave to infuse for about 3 minutes.
Drink one to three cups a day.
Tisane Allaitement can be drunk throughout the breastfeeding period.
