French Lactase Tolérase® L is an ultra-pure enzyme obtained by plant fermentation. It improves lactose digestion in people with lactose intolerance1.
Specifically formulated with a vegetable encapsulation, our lactase is released directly into the stomach, where it is particularly active and stable in the face of acidic pH. Each capsule delivers a high lactase activity of 4500 FCC, enabling the digestion of 18g to 23.4g of lactose, equivalent to around 5 yoghurts or 500ml of milk.
Our lactase is formulated on a prebiotic carrier, soluble acacia fibers, renowned for normalizing intestinal transit. They are perfectly well tolerated (no intestinal discomfort) and fermented by colon bacteria.
