As a gel cleanser, apply daily to damp face, then rinse thoroughly.
As an exfoliating cream, once a week, lather onto damp face, rub gently, then rinse thoroughly
As a mask, once a week, apply a thin layer to the face and leave to dry for 5 minutes. Rinse with clear water. avoid the eye contour area
