Specific References

Massage into the affected area 2-4 times a day.
For cold snaps, massage into the chest, back, neck and under the nostrils to help breathing and soothe irritation caused by repeated nose-blowing. It can also be inhaled (place a dab of balm in a bowl of hot water and breathe in the vapors).
