Uriage Laboratories have developed an anti-dandruff treatment shampoo, included in its DS Hair hair care range, which aims to eliminate dandruff and purify the scalp to ward off any risk of relapse. Responding to the natural process of cell renewal, desquamation consists of the detachment of superficial dead skin in the form of small patches to make way for new cells. Under normal circumstances, they are so small that they are not visible, and are eliminated by regular hair washing. Dandruff manifests itself as larger, more visible flakes that cling to hair shafts, causing itching and unsightly hair.

Specific References

Apply 1-2 times a week to wet hair, forehead and nape of neck.
Gently massage into a lather, leave on for 2-3 minutes, then rinse thoroughly.
As a relay, use DS HAIR SHAMPOO DOUX ÉQUILIBRANT.
Avoid contact with eyes.
