Before exposure, apply a dose sufficient to cover the exposed area, e.g. the equivalent of a teaspoon of product for the face and neck. Reducing this amount reduces the level of protection. Reapply frequently, especially after perspiring, swimming or toweling off. Even when well protected, reduce exposure as much as possible. Do not expose babies and young children to direct sunlight.
