1. First determine the size of the wart and the appropriate number of doses according to the table above. One treatment corresponds to an application of 3 to 5 doses of product.
Do not remove the applicator from the bottle.
Wart diameter |
Number of doses of cryogen to be delivered |
Small: 3 mm or less |
3 doses |
Medium: between 3 and 5 mm |
4 doses |
Large: 6 mm or more |
5 doses |
2. Position the wart upwards so that you can place your applicator upside down directly on the wart, so as to encompass it. Position the applicator opening around the wart, ensuring that the applicator makes good contact with the skin.
3.To ensure effective treatment, hold the aerosol vertically at a maximum angle of 30°.
4. Press the bottle 3 to 5 times in succession (see chart) to deliver the right amount of cryogen for the size of your wart. Then leave the applicator tip in contact with the wart for at least 10 seconds.
A 2 mm white halo may appear. A small scar will appear when the site is dry, which will heal over the next few days and weeks.
5. Once application is complete, remove the applicator. A slight sensation of pain or tingling may be felt during and immediately after treatment. These sensations gradually disappear.
