Use on dry, healthy, degreased skin.
Cut the desired length of strip and peel off the protective paper at one end, tearing it off by hand as you go.
Build the brace by applying varying degrees of tension to the band, depending on the desired effect.
Consolidate by overlapping each strip once or twice, ensuring that at least half of the first strip is overlapped.
Woven elastic band coated with solvent-free elastomeric adhesive, full-surface coating and ventilation, 85% cotton, 15% viscose.
Never place the bandage directly on injured skin.
Avoid excessive tension when holding dressings.
Never apply under high circular tension.
