The formula of this smoothing cream is based on 10% urea and beeswax.
Urea, whose intense moisturizing properties and keratolytic effect are well known, enables Topicrem UR 10 cream to eliminate dead skin cells and restore suppleness and softness to very dry, rough skin.
Beeswax comes from the white, transparent scales secreted by bees to build the honeycombs of their nests. It's an oily component that's very well tolerated by the skin, forming a protective film that's ideal for dry, fragile and irritated skin.
