Collected in the magnificent, unspoilt mountains of the Italian Alps, this honey is a delicious blend of woody flavors and fruity sweetness. The tireless worker bees have produced it, combining the full-bodied notes of chestnut with the fresher, mentholated notes of linden, trees with multiple benefits. Chestnut, used to relieve respiratory and circulatory problems, is rich in amino acids and vitamins. The flowering tops of linden trees, with their soothing and digestive properties, are harvested by bees, who draw out all their benefits and bring them back to the hive. Honey's liquid texture and tangy flavors make it ideal for sweetening breakfast, hot drinks or even dishes.
