1 tablet a day, preferably in the morning, renewable on days when needed. Take orally.

Effervescent agents: citric acid anhydrous, sodium hydrogen carbonate, magnesium sulfate dihydrate, Bulking agent / Sweetener : sorbitol, calcium carbonate, guarana extract (maltodextrin, concentrated guarana extract, anhydrous caffeine), magnesium carbonate, acerola flavour, Colouring agent : beet juice powder, Bulking agent / Sweetener: mannitol, vitamin c, zinc citrate trihydrate, Sweeteners: aspartame, acesulfame potassium, vitamin B3/PP, vitamin B5, Anti-foaming agents: Dub Hydrolub (sucrose palmitate, polysorbate 80, simethicone), simethicone, vitamin B6, vitamin B2, vitamin B1, Anti-foaming agents: polysorbate 60, vitamin B9, vitamin B8, vitamin B12.
